Ngày 2 tháng 6 năm 2022, Ủy Ban Tự Do Tôn Giáo Quốc Tế của Bộ Ngoại Giao Hoa Kỳ đã công bố một bản phúc trình dài 23 trang, nói lên tổng quát thực trạng về đàn áp tự do tôn giáo tại Việt Nam năm 2021, trình bày một số hạn chế quyền tự do tôn giáo tại đây.
Để bổ túc, Hội Đồng Liên Tôn Việt Nam xin trình bày tình hình cụ thể đàn áp tự do tôn giáo tại Việt Nam trong những ngày gần đây.

Điều đơn giản mà bất cứ ai không bị bại não, có đầu óc bình thường đều hiểu, là nói thẳng, nói thật, nói đúng bản chất sự việc như những gì diễn ra, không phải là nói xấu, bôi nhọ, vu khống. Duy chỉ có đám cán bộ, đảng viên là những đứa cháu ngoan bác Hồ bị nhồi sọ, tẩy não mất khả năng tư duy, không phân biệt được đúng sai, phải trái. Cứ nghe thấy người dân hoặc đảng viên nào có trí tuệ nói khác với tài liệu tuyên truyền, với tiểu thuyết lịch sử do đảng hư cấu, tưởng tượng làm ra, phát tán đều cho là nói xấu đảng, là bôi nhọ bác Hồ một đời vì dân, vì nước không biết mùi đàn bà. Thậm chí còn cho là họ nói xấu Việt Nam, nói xấu tổ quốc. Điển hình là khi có người nói đảng Việt cộng đứng trên đứng ngoài luật pháp, chính phủ Việt cộng có một rừng luật nhưng chỉ áp dụng có mỗi luật rừng và chuyện Việt cộng chống tham nhũng tiêu cực, chống suy thoái đạo đức lối sống. Tất cả chỉ là hô khẩu hiệu, là diễn trò, là công cụ thanh toán đồng chí khác phe để độc chiếm quyền lực chứ không phải chống này nọ để làm trong sạch đảng, trong sạch bộ máy nhà nước nhằm phục vụ mục tiêu nước mạnh dân giàu, xã hội công bằng dân chủ, văn minh.
Nói Việt cộng chống tham nhũng tiêu cực, chống suy thoái đạo đức lối sống chỉ là hô khẩu hiệu, là diễn trò không phải là nói xấu, bôi nhọ mà nói đúng bản chất cái chống…của đảng, nhà nước cộng sản Việt Nam. Cụ thể là căn cứ vào cái cách đảng cộng sản thay toà án cướp quyền tư pháp của bộ máy nhà nước, xét xử quan chức tham nhũng tiêu cực, suy thoái đạo đức, lối sống vi phạm luật pháp quốc gia quy định và xét xử vi phạm luật pháp theo điều lệ đảng, cương lĩnh đảng, và đảng tự quyết định cảnh cáo, khiển trách hay chuyển cán bộ, đảng viên phạm tội cho cơ quan thực thi luật pháp nhà nước xét xử.
Ngoài ra đảng cộng sản Việt Nam đứng trên, đứng ngoài hiến pháp, luật pháp quốc gia, cướp quyền toà án xử cán bộ, đảng viên phạm pháp rất buồn cười. Cụ thể là các vụ án hình sự khá nghiêm trọng được tổ chức đảng đứng trên luật pháp nhà nước xử lý nội bộ như sau:
1-Nguyễn Hoàn Khải, trưởng công an xã Hòa Khánh Tây, huyện Đức Hoà, tỉnh Long An bị uỷ ban kiểm tra huyện quyết định thi hành kỷ luật đảng với hình thức cảnh cáo và bị chủ tịch ủy ban nhân dân huyện Đức Hòa ký quyết định kỷ luật khiển trách về mặt chính quyền. Nguyên nhân bị kỷ luật là do ông Khải nhũng nhiễu đòi hối lộ 300 triệu đồng để làm chứng minh nhân dân cho các chú tiểu ở Thiền Am Bên Bờ Vũ Trụ. Dù nhận 2 quyết định kỷ luật, ông Khải vẫn được ủy ban nhân dân huyện Đức Hòa điều chuyển về xã Tân Phú tiếp tục giữ chức trưởng công an xã.
2-Lê Hùng Sơn, bí thư huyện ủy, chủ tịch ủy ban nhân dân huyện Cô Tô bị bà M. gửi đơn đến ban thường vụ huyện ủy tố cáo cưỡng dâm con dâu của bà là L.M.H, cán bộ huyện Cô Tô, tỉnh Quảng Ninh. Vụ việc ông Lê Hùng Sơn hiếp dâm cấp dưới xảy ra sau khi tham dự buổi tiệc liên hoan tổng kết diễn tập khu vực phòng thủ tỉnh Quảng Ninh, có bố trí sử dụng rượu bia. Hiếp dâm là tội hình sự đặc biệt không chỉ nghiêm trọng về mặt đạo đức mà còn nghiêm trọng về mặt trật tự xã hội nhưng ban bí thư tỉnh Quảng Ninh chỉ quyết định thi hành kỷ luật bằng hình thức khai trừ đảng đối với ông Lê Hùng Sơn và chấm hết ở đó.
3-Ông Nguyễn Công Thành, phó cục trưởng cục thuế Bình Định đi đánh gofl trong lúc giản cách xã hội, xem thường luật pháp, vi phạm quy định về phòng chống dịch COVID-19.
Đây không phải là lần đầu ông Nguyễn Công Thành vi phạm luật pháp. Năm 2019, ông bị uỷ ban kiểm tra tỉnh Bình Định thi hành kỷ luật bằng hình thức cảnh cáo trong lúc giữ chức bí thư đảng ủy, cục trưởng cục thuế tỉnh Bình Định với trách nhiệm là người đứng đầu để xảy ra nhiều vụ lùm xùm liên quan đến thuế và tham nhũng. Thế cho nên, ông Thành bị đảng ủy cục thuế kỷ luật cảnh cáo và bộ tài chánh kỷ luật bằng hình thức giáng chức từ cục trưởng xuống làm cục phó, và kỷ luật kiểu con nít này tạo điều kiện cho ông Thành tiếp tục vi phạm luật pháp nhà nước.Việc đảng cộng sản Việt Nam đứng trên, đứng ngoài luật pháp quốc gia, cướp quyền toà án xét xử cán bộ, đảng viên và tự quyết định mức phạt tuỳ tiện, toàn quyền cho phép công an bắt giam điều tra, khởi tố thì đảng diễn trò chống tham nhũng tiêu cực, chống suy thoái đạo đức lối sống kiểu nào chẳng được.
Chính vì độc quyền quyền lực chính trị, đứng trên đứng ngoài luật pháp nên đảng cộng sản Việt Nam nói thánh nói tướng, tổ chức các tổ chức ngoại vi làm cánh tay nối dài của đảng bóp nghẹt quyền dân sự, quyền chính trị, quyền tự do ngôn luận, quyền tự do tôn giáo tín ngưỡng…và giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam, là tổ chức bình phong, là cánh tay nối dài thực hiện chủ trương, đường lối, chính sách của đảng cộng sản Việt Nam. Do đó, tu sĩ của giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam từng nhiều lần phạm giới vẫn không hề hấn gì, chỉ bị cảnh cáo, khiển trách và chuyển địa bàn “chùa” công tác như cán bộ, đảng viên cộng sản phạm pháp. Cụ thể là cán bộ, đảng viên phạm tội tham nhũng hối lộ, chạy án, thông dâm, gạ tình…kể cả giết người dã man tàn bạo thì tu sĩ của giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam đều có phạm tội cả.Chắc chắn, bất cứ ai đọc qua bản tin tường trình về việc đại đức Thích Trí Hộ, tục danh Võ Viết Đạt lên kế hoạch, ra tay giết người và phi tang xác chết đều không rùng mình kinh sợ với hành động tàn bạo, dã man không hề thua kém cách công an điều tra dùng nhục hình đánh đập tra tấn giết chết nghi phạm trong đồn công an.
1-Nội đúng bản điều tra lấy cung vụ án giết người phi tang xác dưới sông Thạch Hãn.Đại đức Thích Trí Hộ, tục danh Võ Viết Đạt có quan hệ tình cảm đặc biệt với bà Lê Thị Hà bị bà này ghen tuông canh chừng ông lúc đi cúng, đi việc riêng. Ngày cũng như đêm khi về chùa ông đều bị bà Hà nhìn vào ô tô xem có chở phụ nữ, có mùi men bia rượu hay không? Không chịu nổi cảnh bị bà Hà giám sát, đại đức Thích Trí Hộ bày mưu cho Đoàn Thanh Tuấn gọi điện báo cho bà Hà nói ông đang ăn nhậu với phụ nữ trong chùa. Thế là bà Hà chạy tới chùa không thấy phụ nữ nào cả, biết bị lừa nên bà chửi Tuấn nên bị Tuấn vừa đấm vừa chửi thề. Thích Trí Hộ thì lấy gậy tre chuẩn bị sẵn đánh vào lưng vào vai, và bà Hà cởi mũ bảo hiểm đánh lại. Thích Trí Hộ tiếp tục dùng gậy đánh vào miệng làm gãy xương hàm và 11 cái răng. Tuấn giật gậy tre vứt đi nhưng Thích Trí Hộ lại chạy vào phòng khách lấy ống kim loại đánh vào vùng thái dương, hai tay và hai chân khiến bà Hà bất tỉnh. Thích Trí Hộ và Đoàn Thanh Tuấn tưởng bà Hà chết nên đem xe máy của bà vất xuống sông và trở lại chùa lấy ô tô mang xác đi phi tang thì thấy bà Hà dịch chuyển đến 7 – 8 mét so với nơi gây án nhưng cả 2 vẫn kéo bà Hà lên xe và chở đi quăng xuống sông Thạch Hãn phi tang.
2-Nội dung bản tường trình về đại đức Thích Giác Ngộ của giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam.-Đại đức Thích Trí Hộ nhiều lần phạm giới, thực hiện chưa đầy đủ trách nhiệm của tu sĩ Phật Giáo. Có lời nói, việc làm gây mất đoàn kết nội bộ, đặc biệt là trong các mối quan hệ cá nhân để xảy ra một số vụ việc ấu đả tại chùa. Giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam nhiều lần nhắc nhở giáo dục, xử lý bằng nhiều biện pháp nhưng vẫn không có dấu hiệu cải thiện.Năm 2009, lúc Thích Trí Hộ tu hành ở tổ đình Sắc Tứ Tịnh Quang thị trấn Ái Tử được sự quan tâm tình cảm đặc biệt của bà Lê Thị Hà. Thích Trí Hộ nhiều lần phạm giới như gian díu với nhiều phụ nữ và ăn nhậu trong chùa nên năm 2013 được điều chuyển về niệm phật đường Dương Lệ Đông để tiếp tục chăm lo Phật sự.
Năm 2015 quá trình đi cúng hoặc việc riêng, ông Thích Trí Hộ được một số phụ nữ đến chùa đón và giữa các phụ nữ này phát sinh mâu thuẫn, xảy ra xô xát nhiều lần ở chùa, có liên quan đến 3 người phụ nữ: bà D. ở thành phố Đông Hà; bà Lê Thị Hà ở thị trấn Ái Tử; bà H. ở thị xã Quảng Trị.
Năm 2018, Thích Trí Hộ cho xây dựng hội trường đã để phật tử chặt cây của trường tiểu học Triệu Thuận, nhổ cột mốc ranh giới mà không trao đổi với ban giám hiệu trường và còn xây dựng mở rộng nhà tăng, khu vực bếp khi chưa có giấy phép xây dựng của ủy ban nhân dân xã Triệu Thuận. Ngày 02/03/2019 bà Lê Thị Hà mở cửa phòng thấy Thích Trí Hộ ngồi uống bia với bà N.T.H là giáo viên của một trường ở Hải Lăng. Bà Hà trình bày vụ việc cho trưởng ban hộ tự chùa Dương Lệ Đông và báo cáo công an xã Triệu Thuận. Nhận tin báo chính quyền xã Triệu Thuận có văn bản gửi giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam tỉnh Quảng Trị đề nghị xử lý vụ việc.
Tháng 04/2019, giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam xử lý nội bộ điều chuyển Thích Trí Hộ về lại chùa Sắc Tứ, thị trấn Ái Tử, huyện Triệu Phong để sám hối. Ở đây, khi hòa thượng trụ trì chùa Sắc Tứ đi chữa bệnh, ông Thích Trí Hộ lại có những hành vi sai trái, không thực hiện nghiêm sám hối, thường xuyên cho nhiều phụ nữ vào chùa, tụ tập uống rượu bia. Gần một năm điều chuyển đến chùa Sắc Tứ sám hối, năm 2020 tu sĩ Thích Trí Hộ được điều chuyển về trụ trì chùa Dương Lệ Đông và vẫn tiếp tục phạm giới cấm, vẫn ăn nhậu rượu thịt, gái gú.
Ngày 13/12/2021 công an huyện Triệu Phong cung cấp các thông tin có dấu hiệu giết người phi tang xác, vi phạm pháp luật nghiêm trọng của Thích Trí Hộ, giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam tỉnh Quảng Trị tuyên bố hủy bỏ tư cách tu sĩ Phật giáo của ông này.Qua nội dung điều tra của công an về vụ án giết người phi tang xác dưới sông Thạch Hãn và nội dung tường trình của giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam cho mọi người thấy, hành vi giết người máu lạnh rất kinh sợ của đại đức Thích Trí Hộ không khác bao nhiêu so với sự tàn bạo của công an dùng nhục hình giết chết dân trong đồn công an. Cũng như cách xử lý nội bộ các tu sĩ Phật Giáo phạm giới cấm có khác chi với cách đảng cộng sản Việt Nam xử lý nội bộ bằng hình thức kỷ luật cảnh cáo, khiển trách điều chuyển công tác, khai trừ đảng các cán bộ, đảng viên phạm tội tham nhũng tiêu cực, suy thoái đạo đức lối sống.
Chuyện đứng trên đứng ngoài luật pháp, xử lý nội bộ tuỳ tiện của đảng cộng sản Việt Nam và của giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam, là cơ sở cho chúng ta kết luận giáo hội Phật Giáo Việt Nam chính là chi bộ của đảng cộng sản Việt Nam và chính nó, chính sự tuỳ tiện đứng trên, đứng ngoài hiến pháp, luật pháp của nó là nguyên nhân làm cho đạo đức suy đồi, xã hội băng hoại hết thuốc chữa.

Even with the cease-fire in effect for more than 48 hours January 29th, widespread fighting continued. The South Vietnamese government reported 480 Communist truce violations.  9 Mar 1973, Quang Tri, Vietnam — Tha Chi Han river, near Quang Tri, Vietnam, North Vietnamese prisoners of war race to freedom across the Tha Ch Han River after being set free by the South Vietnamese in a one sided 500 man release 3/8. They are part of the Convoy of Tears from the abandoned Central Highlands.
